Self-Defense
At West Coast World, we take the safety and well-being of our teenage students seriously. To achieve this, we actively provide comprehensive and practical self-defense training. Our Teen Self-Defense program aims to empower teens, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to protect themselves effectively in real-world situations.
